Reading Rules

Use this journal to frame better questions. Do not use a general explanation as the sole basis for a site-specific road safety or engineering decision.

Publisher and scope

This website is published by Showwondergadgt Research Ltd, 18 Pembroke Street Upper, Dublin 2, D02 E191, Ireland. Company registration number: 748216. These terms govern use of the publication and its browser-based message tool.

Showwondergadgt provides independent information about robotic road surface inspection. It does not provide engineering certification, road maintenance services, emergency response or a professional appointment through this website.

Information, not project approval

Content is general educational material. It may simplify technical methods and cannot account for every pavement, jurisdiction, survey specification or operating condition. Tables, workflows and annotations are explanatory, not project-specific specifications, measured benchmarks or mandatory treatment thresholds.

Obtain appropriate professional assessment and consult current authoritative standards, local requirements and contract documents before procurement, field operations, intervention or repair design. References to organisations, software and standards do not imply endorsement, affiliation or certification.

Accuracy and availability

We aim for clear, useful explanations but do not guarantee that every page is complete, current or free from error. Content may be corrected or changed, and access may be interrupted. Please report a suspected error through the Contact page with the relevant passage and supporting context.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss arising from reliance on general content as a substitute for appropriate professional judgement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, or affects mandatory consumer rights.

Permitted use and intellectual property

You may read, link to and make reasonable personal reference copies of the site. Short attributed quotations may be used where permitted by applicable law. Substantial republication, commercial redistribution or reuse of protected material may require permission. Third-party material remains subject to its own rights and licences.

Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access or submit unlawful content. Do not represent our explanatory material as an approval issued by a road authority, standards body or equipment manufacturer.

Messages and external links

The contact tool prepares text locally; it does not send it. You are responsible for checking the recipient, message and attachments before using your own email application. Do not send confidential information or material you are not authorised to disclose.

External links are provided for context. We do not control those websites or guarantee their content, availability or privacy practices. A link is not a recommendation to rely on a source without checking its scope and currency.

Governing law and questions

These terms are governed by Irish law, subject to any mandatory protections available under applicable law. Any jurisdiction provision is subject to legal rights that cannot be displaced by agreement. For questions about these terms, email [email protected].
